How this calculator helps
What the calculator is for
The planning calendar helps calculate the number of working days, working hours and the working time fund in each month. It also shows Czech public holidays, tax dates, custom events and holidays when shops and premises over 200 m² must close.
How the calculation works
The calendar works with the selected year, Czech holidays, weekends and prepared deadline categories. For each month it summarizes the monthly working fund, working hours in the month and non-working days. Custom events are stored locally in the browser.
Practical example
Example: choose May 2026 and immediately see the working days, working hours, public holidays and any holidays with closed shops. Add your own invoicing or vacation date and it appears together with the other events.
What to watch out for
Tax dates and rules for closed premises over 200 m² are informative and can change due to legislation, authority guidance or individual circumstances. Always verify official duties against current sources or with an accountant.
